FUEGO BOOT CAMP (55 MIN) Reduce excess body fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase lean muscle mass and improve overall coordination and balance. FUEGO Boot Camp is a SEVENSOL signature class that alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one.  Burn calories and build strength through the use of high intensity drills involving plyometrics, calisthenics and resistance training.  These group sessions focus on functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, to provide a killer workout.

FUEGO CIRCUIT (55 MIN):  Burn fat and sculpt a lean body in less time than other workout routines. FUEGO Circuit is a SEVENSOL signature class that consistently challenges your muscles with a focus on strength building, muscular endurance and core stabilizing movements.  Each circuit consists of multiple stations, each using high intensity exercises.  When one circuit is completed, another begins.  The recovery time between the exercises is limited, often with rapid movement on to the next exercise.  

FUEGO HIIT (55 MIN):  Burn more calories during a HIIT workout, while kicking your body’s repair cycle into hyperdrive.  That means you burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than you do after, say, a steady-pace run.   FUEGO HIIT is a SEVENSOL signature class with our rockstar instructors taking you through intense periods of exercise designed to challenge your peak maximum performance followed by a period of recovery.  All moves are performed offering modification so all fitness levels are welcome!

STRONG BY ZUMBA (55 MIN): Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn. STRONG by Zumba was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout.  The result? A group fitness experience like no other.

CARDIO MARTIAL ARTS(45 MIN): Go hit something! Working on your own free-standing punching bag, instructors focus on basic martial arts techniques that build through the class to more advanced combinations, varying intensity to challenge all fitness levels. Glove or wraps are recommended but not mandatory.

INTERVAL TRAINING (30 MIN): Increase your metabolism and burn more fat.  Interval training provides a great workout to develop strength, toning and endurance by working the upper and lower body. This class targets all major muscle groups along with isolating smaller muscle groups that are hard to train with more traditional exercises.

PiYo (55 MIN): Want a lean and sculpted body?  PiYo combines the muscle sculpting and core firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility training of Yoga with stability and balance training.  PiYo speeds it all up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.  With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatically visible and beautiful results.

BARRE FITNESS (55 MIN):  Lift and tuck the areas women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, glutes, pelvic floor, abdominals and arms. This ballet-inspired, total-body workout combines isometric strength training, core stability & balance through use of the barre & weights.  Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without the bulk.

LUNCH EXPRESS PILATES (45 MIN):  Use your lunch break to get fit!  Get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility with Pilates. You’ll also benefit from better posture and a better sense of well-being.  Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance.  Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each student’s individual needs.  

SUNRISE YOGA (45 MIN): Start your day with the sun.  In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time” and when an individual’s spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity, creativity, and peace of mind and body are benefits of a sunrise yoga practice because of fewer distractions prior to starting your day. To achieve optimum personal results, it is recommended to practice yoga in the morning. Sunrise yoga brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead.

YOGA (60 MIN):  Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. It offers continuous movements from one position to the next creating an effective workout. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with your environment.

ZUMBA (55 MIN): A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness.

ZUMBA STEP (55 MIN): Increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs. We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba  brings to the dance-floor.

ZUMBA TONING (55 MIN): Put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups.  So you (and your muscles) stay engaged including arms, core and lower body.

ZUMBA MIXER (55 MIN): This is the ultimate Zumba combo a mix of CARDIO, TONING and STEP, at 20 minutes apiece.  Experience a continuous flow of balanced exercises that make this a total-body workout fun and effective!
